全新硬快防夹手门板线生产中，可以做厚度五公分和四公分的防夹手门板。采用厚度0.45MM宝钢彩涂板制作，防夹手门板双层铁皮设计，合页不会有松动的现象。传统的铝合金硬快门板，无钢性，太柔软用于宽度五米以上的洞口，门板中间下垂现象。没有双层铁皮设计，中间装的合页，很快就脱落。顾得钢制防夹手门板通常双层铁板设计，合页打在任何地方都不会松动解决了铝合金硬快门板所有的问题。
防夹手硬快门：防夹手的接口替代了传统的T形接口，中间没有胶条链接，板面条纹的设计，特别是边合页设计在门板侧边。整个门板面板看不到一颗螺丝钉，让门板看起来更精致，拼接缝更笔直，更小。密封性能大大提高。轮子轴承是采用高强度轴承钢制作，外包耐磨尼龙。配合铝合金螺旋轨道，让整个门在高速运行中无噪音，更平稳。
